• Unsealing/opening the parcel
• The product in use
• Any defect, damage, or issue (if applicable)

This video is required to process any return requests.

We accept returns if:
• The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused and in original packaging


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
• Products without an unboxing video
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Products reported after 7 days from delivery

Once your return is approved:
• You’ll receive a full refund or a replacement product
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
